What can a history establish?
The future trust layer would draw on histories protected against silent rewriting, connecting decisions to executed actions, outcomes and later corrections. Corrections should add to the account rather than erase its past.
Integrity protections can help establish that a record has not changed. They cannot by themselves establish truth, completeness, causation or competence. The supplied whitepaper does not establish completed independent public verification or validated assessments. A persona’s account of learning must be compared with its later behavior; improvement and external transfer require their own evidence.
