01. What it is
A Skill that orchestrates.
The Event Coordination Skill is one of NeoWorlder's core Rigid Skills. Rigid Skills are designed by NeoWorlder's domain experts and cannot be modified by end users. But unlike other Rigid Skills, which perform a single defined function, the Orchestrator is open-ended by design. The skill itself is fixed. What you build with it is not.
The Orchestrator works as a series of events. Each event is a self-contained cell that triggers, executes, and completes. The AI Persona chains these cells together based on the workflow you configure. At each event it can reason about context, decide whether to start one or multiple next events, reach out to external participants via activators (email, SMS), request and collect information, confirm that a milestone has been achieved, and mark completion when the event is done.
Because of the permutations available through configuration, a single Orchestrator Skill can power a real estate closing, an automotive sale, an event coordination workflow, or any multi-party process that requires communication, reasoning, and milestone tracking. One skill, countless products.
What "Rigid Skill" means
Rigid Skills are designed by NeoWorlder's domain experts and locked. Operators configure, not modify. Unlike standard Rigid Skills that perform a single function, the Orchestrator allows a wide range of products through configuration.

Design your outcome
Define the end state. "Closing complete" means all parties signed, funds transferred, keys exchanged. The outcome is what you pay for.

Configure your Markers
Each Marker is a step checkpoint. Mark which ones are chargeable (trigger an invoice) and which are just recorded. You control the billing granularity.

Load the Skill into a Coordinator AI Persona
In your Commercial Profile, create a Coordinator AI Persona and load the Event Coordination Skill. Set participant roles (buyer, seller, agent, attorney).
04.
Deploy: the Coordinator takes over
The Coordinator AI Persona onboards all participants through direct communication. No logins, no portals, no apps. It manages every conversation, deadline, and reminder. You get notified at each Marker.
03. Billing
Markers: outcome checkpoints that you control.
A Marker is a recorded milestone in your workflow. You decide which Markers trigger an invoice and which are just logged. No Marker completion, no charge.
You define which Markers trigger billing. Skip one, no charge. Decline the outcome, no charge.

04. How the client experiences it
From interest to onboarded in one conversation.
The client never sees a platform. They never create an account. Here's what happens:
The client expresses interest.
Your AI Persona reaches out directly via email. No links, no portals, no sign-up forms.
Onboarding happens through conversation.
The AI Persona walks the client through everything they need via natural back and forth. The client responds in their own words.
The client selects their own AI Persona.
The client receives a link where they choose an AI Persona from your lineage. That AI Persona belongs to them from that point forward.
The AI Persona is loaded with the skill and gets to work.
