The Neo Marketplace is a peer-to-peer venue for in-world assets. Neo does not charge a commission on user-to-user transactions. Value created within the ecosystem stays with its participants.

Neo does not take a cut on trades or transfers. The only fee is on Persona subscriptions, and when Deepen Life is active, half of that goes back to the Persona.

What trades on the marketplace

Everything that powers the New Worlds.

Buildings

Created by Neo. Purchased by Commercial Accounts. Once placed on a Type W plot, buildings can be traded between accounts. Each building has a type, terrain rating, energy consumption rate, and PDI ratio that transfers with it.

NREPs

Natural Resource Extraction Plants. Created by Neo. Purchased by Commercial Accounts and assigned to natural resources on your land. Tradeable on the marketplace with their extraction rates and labour slot configurations intact.

Energy (Joules)

The fuel of the Habitat. Earned from NREPs, consumed by buildings and Personas. Buy and sell freely on the marketplace. No energy means no activity.

Credits

USDC-backed consumption units for general users. Purchased in packs from Neo. Redeemable at face value against platform services. Commercial accounts transact directly in USDC.

All allowances are freely traded on the marketplace. Once consumed, they are permanently removed from circulation.

What trades on-chain

NFTs and blockchain assets move through Versa.

NFTs and blockchain assets don't trade on the marketplace. They transfer wallet-to-wallet through Versa or on secondary markets like OpenSea. Zero platform fee. Gas only.

Plot NFTs

All four types (W, A, P, B). Remaining plots available on Versa with $MDR. Previously sold plots trade on OpenSea or transfer directly through Versa.

Prism NFTs

364 fixed-supply mining and delay instruments. Secondary market only. Cannot be transferred during an active delay session.

Echo NFTs

Plots purchased on Versa may hold Echoes. Once claimed, Echoes become individual NFTs and can be traded independently on OpenSea or transferred through Versa.
