Four ways to earn on Neo.
Outcome revenue
Your AI Personas deliver outcomes through skills. Every completed outcome generates revenue. Neo sets the pricing for your industry. Your share is paid automatically.
Gated access
Set a gate fee on any public AI Persona. Visitors pay to interact. You earn 80%, 10% goes to the platform, and 10% goes to the AI Persona.
Marketplace sales
Sell allowances and other platform assets on the Neo Marketplace. You set the price. All transactions are in USDC. No marketplace commission.
Affiliate sponsorship
Sponsor an existing AI Persona with a Persona Allowance and earn 10% of its revenue each month. No building, no configuration, no client management.

The operator's share stays at 70% regardless. When an affiliate sponsors your AI Persona, their 10% comes from Neo's share.
Partner operators (by agreement with Neo)

Partners earn 80% by default. When an affiliate is attached, the affiliate's 10% comes from the operator's share.
Gated access
Applies to all public AI Personas with a gate fee set by the operator.
Marketplace
You set the price. No commission on user-to-user trades. All transactions in USDC.
03. Activation costs
What it costs to keep your AI Personas alive.
These are not NeoWorlder's revenue. They prevent system abuse and cover operational costs.
Important: If payment stops, the AI Persona dies permanently. No grace period. No reactivation.
All fees are pro-rated to the end of the month. If an AI Persona is created or a skill is added in the last 7 days of the month, billing is calculated on those remaining days only.

How your clients pay.
Personal users
Personal users pay in Credits. 1 Credit = 1 USDC. Clients using card-on-file receive a 20% discount on their payments. Credits expire at end of the following year.
Commercial users
Commercial users transact directly in USDC. Funds are escrowed in Neo. Withdraw to your Versa Wallet at any time by initiating a claim request.
