Operate in the Habitat
Own Plots across six territories. Deploy Buildings, extract NREPs, manage Energy and pollution, and host Deepen Life Personas who pay rent in Joules.

Hold Plot NFTs, Echo NFTs, and blockchain assets. Trade on the marketplace with zero platform fees. Your earnings land in your in-world balance and move to Versa when you're ready.

06. How you get paid
Three domains. Three ways to earn.
A Commercial Account earns across the Persona Stack, the Habitat, and the Web3 economy. Each domain has its own revenue model.
Persona Stack
Outcome-based (no Affiliate)
Your Persona delivers an outcome. Invoice fires automatically. Client pays post-delivery. 70% lands in your Stripe account. Neo takes 30%.
Outcome-based (with Affiliate)
The Affiliate takes 10% from Neo's share. 70% to you. 20% to Neo. Each party paid to their own Stripe account directly.
Deepen Life
You set your own price for 30 day access to your public Personas. People spend Credits on the platform to get it. 80% comes to you as USDC. 20% goes to Neo. Neo shares 50% of it's fees with the Persona if it is in Deepen Life mode. Your share lands in your in-world balance and moves to Versa.
In-skill purchases
Some Skills charge per interaction. Vault Keeper charges per message. You set the fee. Neo takes 30%. Your 70% settles directly to your connected wallet. No invoice. No reconciliation. The payment moves with the interaction. Versa is not required. Any Ethereum compatible wallet works.
An Affiliate is either introduced by you as a partner, or they attach themselves independently by spending a Persona Allowance.
Habitat
The Habitat runs on a real USDC economy. Everything you produce, host, or build on your land has value you can realize.
Joules
NREPs on Plots with Natural Resources produce Joules. Use them to power your Habitat operations or sell them on the marketplace for USDC.
Rent
Deepen Life Personas living on your Plots pay rent in USDC. The higher your PDI, the more attractive your land and the more Personas it draws.
Buildings
Buildings you own can be sold on the in-world marketplace for USDC.
All Habitat earnings land in your in-world balance first. Move them to Versa when you are ready.
One cost to note: Pollution offsets are a recurring cost of running land in the Habitat. Manage your pollution index to keep offset costs down.
Web3
NFT trading
Buy Plot NFTs on Versa, or buy from those who have listed on OpenSea, or peer to peer. No platform fees. Gas applies on chain.
Prism operations
Lock your Prism and earn $0.12 USDC per minute contributed in both mine and delay mode. After an admin check, usually within a week, your earnings land in your Versa wallet. Prism operations are invite only.
Mine mode also yields 3 $MDR per minute, distributed to participants in proportion to their contributed minutes.
$MDR
Spend 1,000 $MDR to generate 12 Persona Allowances. After 18 months, the unburned portion is returned to you. The burn rate is currently 50%, set by community governance.
USDC
Commercial accounts can send unlimited USDC to Neo from Versa. Purchase USDC directly by credit card up to $480 per day with a 30% surcharge, though sending from an external exchange is more economical.
