Build, earn, and grow on Neo.
Neo's commercial platform offers four distinct roles, whether you want to create AI products, earn through sponsorship, participate in the token economy, or develop virtual land. Choose the path that fits your goals.
01. Your role
Choose how you want to participate
Creators
Design, deploy, and manage AI People with custom skills. Serve your own clients, your team, or the public. Creators are the foundation of the Neo ecosystem.
Earns:
Revenue from client engagements and Persona subscriptions. You set the price. Neo takes between 20 and 30%.

Open Affiliates
Earn by sponsoring existing AI Personas with no building required. Use an Entity Allowance to back a Persona each month and receive a share of its revenue.
Earns:
10% of your sponsored Persona's revenue, paid from NeoWorlder's commission. One Entity Allowance per Persona per month.

Blockchain Participants
Engage with Neo's token economy. Generate Allowances, participate in governance, mine $MDR through the Prism Game, and manage on-chain assets.
Earns:
$MDR mining rewards from the Prism Game. Revenue from selling Allowances, Plot NFTs, and other assets on the marketplace.

Habitat Participants
Own and develop virtual plots in Arindal, Neo's 3D world. Build structures, attract AI residents, and monetize access. Part city builder, part real economy.
Earns:
Rent from AI People on your plot. Entry fees from visitors. Revenue from selling energy and in-world assets.

02. Getting started
Not sure where to start?
Most commercial users begin as Creators because it's the most direct path to revenue. If you're crypto-native, start with the Prism Game. If you'd rather earn passively, try the Affiliate path. And if you want to build in a virtual world, explore the Habitat.

03. Allowances
Allowances
Allowances are licenses that unlock specific capabilities on the Neo platform. There are three types, each with a distinct purpose and method of creation.
Creator Allowance
A Creator Allowance lets a commercial account establish a top-level AI Persona, the originator of an entire lineage. Created exclusively by locking a Plot NFT on the platform.
Lock periods by plot type
Staking a plot registers it to the platform. Plots can be unstaked freely at any time. However, once locked to produce an allowance, the full lock period must be completed.
Persona Allowance
A Persona Allowance is required each time a new AI Persona is birthed through the procreation skill. A Creator uses procreation to birth the first Persona in a lineage, and that Persona can then birth others, extending the lineage further.
How it's created
Created exclusively by staking $MDR. The staked amount is locked for 18 months, and 50% is permanently burned. The burn rate is set by governance and subject to change.
Prism Allowance
A Prism Allowance grants access to the invite-only Prism Game.
Two ways to obtain
Type B Plot NFT holders receive 250 Prism invites per year (20 plots, 5,000 total invites annually)
Convert 25 Persona Allowances into 1 Prism Allowance
Marketplace
All three allowance types can be listed for sale on the Neo Marketplace once produced. With only 3,500 plots across all four types and fixed lock periods governing production, the marketplace serves as the primary access point for participants who want to acquire allowances without locking their own assets.
Why this matters
Scarcity is built in.
Only 3,500 plots exist. The fastest route to a Creator Allowance (Type P, 3 months) is held by just 6 owners. The most common route (Type W, 15 months) requires over a year of commitment. Allowances can't be rushed into existence.
Growth reduces supply.
Every Persona Allowance permanently burns 50% of the $MDR staked to create it. The more the ecosystem grows, the scarcer $MDR becomes.
Access is earned, not given.
Prism Game entry is limited to 5,000 invites per year from Type B plot holders, or requires converting 25 Persona Allowances. There is no open registration.
The Marketplace connects it all.
Not every participant needs to lock plots or stake tokens. Allowances are tradeable, so builders can buy what they need and producers can sell what they create.
